D'espairsRay newest single, HORIZON feature's 2 new songs and a remake of a classic Despa song Yami ni Furu Kiseki. Finishing up their third release for 2008, this single is probably their best one to date and their eagerly awaited third album is just around the corner! But before you get excited about that you really need to check out the second track BULLET which takes the cake. This is the stand out track of the release which takes homage back to the band's roots and features furious thrashing drums and a much heavier and darker sound than more recent releases. The classical white version of Yami ni Furu Kiseki is also a beautiful and soothing rendition of one of their more classic songs which feature a bare piano and the occasional usage of strings.
