KOR-1, track maker renouned for tracks like Origami's “Kaerimichi” and Sibitt's “LIFE”, joins forces with San Diego native turntablist DJ Psi Kick as “MemoryStorm”, and are proud to announce the completion and release of their much anticipated first album, set to be released April 4th, 2008, from the up-and-coming Japanese Indie Hip Hop/Electronica label, TempleATS (Keep your eyes peeled on this one kids!).

Incorporating thick and groovy beats, jazzy keys and atmospheric sound effects, all fused with DJ Psi Kick's psychedelically dope scratch techniques, MemoryStorm transcends Hip Hop and House and should appeal to all music lovers, starting a new movement in imagination.

MemoryStorm's self-titled first album includes a collaboration with the amazing female vocalist CHIYORI, creating a spectacularly beautiful sonic experience on "Shooting Stars."

So far, this is the best album of 2008. I saw them live at UNIT last summer, and it was amazing. These guys are cookin'. Tight as fuck.
