There has been a year wait between D'espairsRay's last single. This single marks there first release on Sword Records. "Squall" is brewing with melodious rhythm and speedy feel. "Desert" on the other hand is very aggressive with lots of screaming. "Screen" differentiates itself from the usual band sound by having an ambient sound using synthesized notes.
