Ancient myth is a fusion between epic symphonic metal and Victorian gothic style. Unlike most metal bands, Ancient Myth has a female vocalist which adds an epic twist to the band. All of the band members are classically trained musicians, especially the keyboardist who rails on the keyboard with amazing classical solos lasting minutes long followed or accompanied by equally spellbinding guitar solos. In 2008 the band got a new female vocalist named Michal, who was in the band MANDYLION.
