DEATHGAZE formed in July of 2003, but the band took a long break until the band added the bassist Kosuke. They marked their comeback with a 3 month blitz of singles starting on January of 2008. Their brand of dark and heavy music with a refined melodic sense has won them overtures from industry types and their howling live performances are popular with fans of western music and men. After getting back together the band released 3 singles and one full length album. The band plans on releasing new material in the Autumn of 2009. The guitarist Naoto left the band on April 26, 2009.
