FREAKSxx is a slash metal band from a darker side of Tokyo. Don't be deceived by the female lead vocals into thinking this band is like any other female-fronted metal band you have ever heard. Vocalist Hanako "milk-y" Sugiura doesn't just sing― she screams, growls, and breaks into ear-bending falsettos at every turn. As if that wasn't enough, she is accompanied by a second male vocalist who contributes screams, growls and an occasional rap of his own. The band calls their brand of metal "Alternative-Junk-Thrash Metal"―and if that doesn't sum up their sound, I don't know what does. Heavy guitar, soaring vocals, and endless variety takes you on the most evil Carnibal[sic] ride you may ever experience.
