Formed in 2002, this trio approaches music by crossing simplicity and disorder along with eerie rippling vocals to create experimental ambient sounds. This crew is is constantly playing shows throughout the Tokyo metro and surpassing genres by lending creative support to a diverse array of music groups.

In July 2003, Heprcam was featured on Ryoondo's compilation album Water/Green. They were prompted to start recording their first album after receiving a great reception at the compilation album's release party at IDEE Sputnik in Omotesando.
