Iro kui is a Japanese visual kei band that started playing together in February of 2005. Iro kui is a very active group in the scene and plays a very robust live. The vocalist, Yuri is very upbeat and often plays the role of an entertainer during concerts by telling jokes and funny stories. The popularity of Yuri's dynamic personality and the band's appealing melodies have given them a massive surge in popularity.

The band has a great outlook but within that there is deep sadness. Their music also embodies loneliness and aspiration. Sweetness and pure cruelty.

They often say opposites attract, and in Iro kui's case they truly do. With their conflicting unbalances, the band will charter ahead to make 2009 a great year starting with a new release slated for a March release.
