Meth is a Nagoya-based Visual Kei band, comprised of vocalist akito, guitarist tomoya, bassist AkN, and drummer sora. They were formed in 2006 and began performing in earnest in 2007.

With influences of loud and heavy metal as well as delicate melodies, meth shows a strength for mixing modern Japanese and Western musical tastes, and their lyrics can tell lively stories.

To date meth has released 3 singles and an album. Their new release for Autumn 2009 will be the first with their new bassist as they continue to press forward.
