
Snoweffect is Takafuni Ishikawa, Masaaki Takemura and KenIchiro Hoshi. This electro-ambient unit was first drawn together by their mutual love for “Powerbooks and Japanese Tea”. Their first album, Desktop Caffeine, was released in 2001. Their vast repertoire includes: tracks for the Nintendo Game Cube game, "Giftpia"; stints on TBS Radio; work on InterFM; Moichi Kuwabara's "Sound Tote" experimental CD project for Clubking; Clubking's mobile phone project "Ccking"; and Moichi Kuwabara's "A Style of Comedy". As a production team Ishikawa produces Oriental Homeward, Takemura produces Heprcam, and Hoshi produces Frio, plot., and OTOGRAPH.
