HIZAKI is a guitarist in the visual kei scene. After a few attempts at being in a band, HIZAKI formed his own band called Grotesque Romanticer with Airi who was in the previous band with HIZAKI, Crack Brain. The band later changed their name to Schwardix Marvally. As Schwardix Marvally, HIZAKI released a few releases including metamorphose, a song on a compilation CD High Style Paradox I from UNDER CODE PRODUCTION and two mini albums. In April of 2004, the band went on an extended break which ended up as being a permanent break up. In September of that year, HIZAKI went solo and released his first mini album Maiden Ritual which he released from his label "Grace". In May of 2005 he released his second solo album, Dance with grace. After his 2 solo releases he joined the band SULFURIC ACID and released a few releases with them until they disbanded. In 2007 he released an album with Juka, the vocalist from Moi dix Mois called Dignity of crest from his offshoot band HIZAKI grace project. Also as HIZAKI grace project, he released a solo album featuring his guitar work called Curse of virgo. He later joined Versailles and released NOBLE.
