Having carried the torch of chiptune all the way from the 80s to the present Hally is without a doubt a chiptune god. In 2001 he started the first Japanese news site dedicated to chiptune at vorc.org. After leaving his love games, he became a pioneer and started making his chiptune (at the time called low bit music) and made it well known within Japan. In 2006, he went to the USA to perform at the "Blip Festival 2006" and got an incredible reception there.
