In 1998, Kaoru Miura was the bassist for the band Walrus. After numerous releases, in 2005 the band decided to take a break. Since then, Miura has participated in various sessions as a bassist, receiving accolades from all over for his genius. Influenced early on by Techno and electronic musicians like Aphex Twin, Miura decided to venture into the field of programming, producing a remix on AUTOPILOT's “sun girl star girl”. Currently, Miura is active as a co-producer for BOOM BOOM SATELLITES, and is assisting DJ BAKU in recording, playing a vital role in production and as a creative force, continually expanding his influence.
